We work closely with vessel owners and operators to provide servicing, maintenance, and support for engines, machinery, pumps, and other critical onboard systems.
Our team undertakes all required servicing and maintenance activities to ensure assets remain fully operational and service records are maintained in line with manufacturer and industry requirements.
Fully mobile and supported by well-equipped service vehicles, our engineers are able to deliver efficient on-site servicing while also carrying out minor repairs identified during maintenance activities, helping to minimise unnecessary downtime and operational disruption.
Servicing includes: (Not Limited to)
- Engines
- Generators
- Pumps and Hoses
- Gearboxes and PTO Systems
- Steering and Control Systems (e.g. Seipner Units)
- Hydraulic Systems & Winches
- Water and Coolant Pumps

Engine / Machinery Installation
We are fully equipped and highly experienced in the installation, replacement, and alignment of marine engines and machinery systems.
Our team has successfully completed multiple engine replacement projects for major UK-based clients, delivering efficient and reliable solutions across a range of vessel types and operational environments.
We understand that equipment downtime impacts both operations and cost, which is why we can accommodate rapid turnaround requirements to ensure machinery installations and replacements are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
Jet Drive Systems
We provide specialist installation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for marine waterjet propulsion systems, including industry-leading solutions such as Kongsberg Maritime (Rolls-Royce) KAMEWA and HamiltonJet systems. Commonly used across high-performance commercial vessels, patrol craft, crew transfer vessels, and superyachts, waterjet propulsion systems require specialist technical knowledge to ensure maximum efficiency, manoeuvrability, and operational reliability.
Our experienced engineers support all aspects of jet drive servicing, inspection, fault diagnosis, overhaul, alignment, commissioning, and performance optimisation, helping operators maintain safe and efficient vessel performance while minimising downtime. These services include the following areas:
- Routine Inspection & Servicing
- Impellers
- Ceramic Bearing / Bushes
- Belts & Hydraulic Pumps
- Drive Shafts (Steel and Carbon Fibre)
- Buckets and Rams
- Gearbox
- Alignment
