Founded by Aaron Baxter, an accredited marine engineer with extensive experience across the defence, offshore, subsea, and commercial maritime sectors, the company has been built on a foundation of technical excellence, operational reliability, and industry knowledge.
Our team is made up of highly skilled marine and offshore professionals including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, structural, and fabrication engineers, coded welders, project managers, marine consultants, and specialist technicians, many of whom bring decades of hands-on experience from complex marine and offshore operations worldwide.
Working alongside a trusted network of proven subcontractors and industry specialists, we are able to deliver flexible, scalable engineering support tailored to the unique requirements of every project.
